Knitted fabric production
Meyas Tekstil is a textile company producing knitted fabric in its own machine park in Kahramanmaraş. On our circular knitting lines we develop single jersey, two- and three-thread fleece, rib, 2x2 rib, interlock and the piqué family according to the collection targets of each brand.
Knitted fabric is a flexible, comfortable surface formed by interlooping yarn. Choosing the right construction is a decision that has to be weighed together with the target weight, width, handle and end use. We build that balance together during sampling and plan bulk production according to sample approval.
Kahramanmaraş is one of Türkiye’s established textile centres. Being close to the yarn supply and dyehouse ecosystem makes it easier for us to follow the route from greige knitted fabric to dyed and finished fabric end to end.
We work with cotton, combed cotton, viscose, modal, polyester and elastane blends, and evaluate recycled and certified yarn alternatives on request. We serve our domestic and international customers in Turkish and English.
